This skill not only involved thorough inspections of physical work but also required precise documentation and administrative accuracy.

After my military service, I transitioned into the trades while earning a degree in Construction Technology. My first investment property purchase revealed how seamlessly my skills and experiences from aviation inspection and construction aligned with the real estate industry.
